About SetupMeld

A compatibility advisor for real workspaces

SetupMeld starts with the devices people already own, the work they need to do, and the room where that work happens.

The problem SetupMeld is built around

Home-office advice often begins with a list of products. SetupMeld begins one step earlier: what do you own, what are you trying to achieve, and what has to be true for those devices to work together?

The initial focus is multi-device workspaces—especially Mac and Windows computers, two-laptop desks, shared displays and peripherals, KVMs, and docking stations.

Compatibility intelligence

Compatibility before recommendation

The final platform will separate three decisions so users can see what is technical, what is personal fit, and what is commercial operations.

  • Compatibility: can the proposed architecture work under stated conditions?
  • Fit: which technically valid path best matches the person and workspace?
  • Affiliate resolution: where an already-ranked option can be found, if a valid link exists.

What exists today

SetupMeld publishes two evidence-led setup guides alongside its integrity rules and research method. It does not provide an interactive Compatibility Engine, Setup Builder, account system, product catalog, or active affiliate links.
